There are many different kinds of Qigong practice. Some practices are very meditative and consist of healing visualizations.
Some focus more on breathwork, while others involve movements similar to Tai chi.
Unlike Tai chi, which is martial based, every moment in Qigong is accompanied with a healing intent and visualization. The movements are usually done slowly and in harmony with the breath.
Because of my extensive background as a martial arts instructor, I am able to help clients find the harmony and support inherent in the physical structure of the body, and teach them to draw on that throughout their Qigong practice.
I offer affordable Private Instruction in Qigong and meditation practices.
Together we can find a practice that fits your lifestyle, your physical and emotional needs, your abilities, and the realities of your schedule. We can develop an hour long routine that you do daily, or a 15 minute routine that you do 3 times a week. It is up to you.
